产后出血患者经宫腔水囊压迫治疗效果分析

Analysis of the effect of uterine water sac compression in patients with postpartum hemorrhage

目的探究产后出血患者经宫腔水囊压迫治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的84例产后出血患者,依据治疗方法分为观察组和对照组,各42例。观察组实施宫腔水囊压迫治疗,对照组实施宫腔纱条止血。观察两组临床治疗效果、显效时间及术后48 h出血量。结果观察组止血总有效率为95.34%,高于对照组的73.81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组显效时间为(286.46±60.33)s,低于对照组的(309.05±39.74)s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者取出后48 h出血量比较,差异无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论产后出血患者实施宫腔水囊压迫治疗疗效显著,起效快,可减少取出后48 h出血量。

Objective To explore the effect of uterine water sac compression in patients with postpartum hemorrhage. Methods Eighty-four cases of patients with postpartum hemorrhage in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the treatment methods, with 42 cases in each group. The observation group were given the implementation of uterine cavity water sac compression, while the patients in control group were given the implementation of uterine cavity gauze to stop bleeding. The clinical treatment effect, effective time, and the amount of bleeding after 48 h of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of hemostasis of the observation group was 95.34%, which was significantly higher than 73.81% of the patients in control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The effective time of the patients in observation group was （286.46±60.33） s, which was significantly lower than （309.05±39.74） s of the patients in control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in blood loss after the removal between the patients in two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion For patients with postpartum hemorrhage, uterine cavity water sac compression treatment has significant efficacy, which has rapid onset and can reduce the amount of bleeding after 48 h after removal.
