临床护理路径在脑出血患者护理中的应用效果观察

Application effect of clinical nursing pathway in nursing of patients with cerebral hemorrhage

目的探讨临床护理路径在脑出血患者护理中的应用效果。方法选择我院神经内科2013年1月至2015年12月收治的358例脑出血患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,各179例。对照组接受常规护理,试验组接受临床路径护理,对比两组患者护理效果。结果试验组护理有效率为90.5%,护理满意度为100.0%;对照组护理有效率为69.8%,护理满意度为79.9%,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。试验组患者并发症发生率、医疗成本和住院时间明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对脑出血患者实施临床路径护理,有助于巩固治疗效果,提高患者护理满意度,改善临床护理的质量和效率。

Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway in nursing of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Three hundred and fifty-eight cases of cerebral hemorrhage from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected and ran- domly divided into control group and experimental group, with 179 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the experimental group received clinical nursing pathway, the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results In the experimental group, the total effective rate was 90.5%, and the nursing satisfaction was 100.0%; In the control group, the total effective rate was 69.8%, and the nursing satisfaction was 79.9%, the nursing efficiency and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group （P〈0.05）, the experimental group complication rate, medical expenses and hospitalization time were better than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical pathway nursing for patients with cerebral hemorrhage is helpful to consolidate the treatment effect, improve nursing satisfaction and the quality and efficiency of clinical nursing.
