摘要
目的:观察3种复方中药含药血清对体外培养的NCI-H460细胞的抑制作用。方法:选用健康成熟SD大鼠,将大鼠随机分为5组,分别为空白组、A复方组、B复方组、C复方组、环磷酰胺组,给药后分离血清,56℃灭活30 min,用MTT法检测含药血清在24、48 h时对细胞的抑制作用。结果:24、48 h,三种复方中药含药血清的5%、10%、20%、30%浓度对NCI-H460细胞均有不同程度的抑制作用(P<0.01),尤以B复方组对NCI-H460细胞作用明显,并呈一定的剂量依赖性。结论:3种复方中药含药血清对体外培养的NCI-H460细胞具有明显的抑制作用。
Objective: To observe the inhibitory effect of medicated serum containing three kinds of compound Chinese medicine on NCI-H460 cells in vitro.Method: Healthy and mature SD rats were chosen, rats were randomly divided into five groups, the blank group, A compound group, B compound group, C compound group and Cyclophosphamide group, the serum was separated after administration, the inactivated under 56 ℃ for 30 min.The inhibitory effects of medicated serum on cell in 24, 48 h were detected by MTT method. Result: When 24, 48 h, three kinds of compound Chinese medicine drug-containing serum concentration of 5%, 10%, 20% and 30% on NCI-H460 cells had different degrees of inhibition ( P〈0,01 ) .The effect of B compound group on NCI-H460 cells was obvious, and showed a dose dependent.Conclusion: Three kinds of compound Chinese medicine drug-containing serum on NCI-H460 cells in vitro have a significant inhibitory effect.
