优质护理对重度哮喘患者呼吸功能相关知识认知度及治疗态度的影响观察

Influence of High-quality Nursing for Cognition of Respiratory Function Related Knowledge and Treatment Attitude of Patients with Severe Asthma

目的:观察优质护理对重度哮喘患者呼吸功能相关知识认知度及治疗态度的影响情况。方法:将2015年7月-2016年7月本院收治的78例重度哮喘患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组39例。对照组进行常规哮喘护理,观察组以优质护理进行干预,比较两组护理前后的呼吸功能相关知识认知度及治疗态度。结果:护理前对照组和观察组的呼吸功能相关知识认知度及治疗态度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后不同时间观察组的呼吸功能相关知识认知度及治疗态度均明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理可显著地改善重度哮喘患者的呼吸功能相关知识认知度及治疗态度,为疾病治疗的顺利进行奠定了基础。

Objective： To observe the influence situation of high-quality nursing for cognition of respiratory function related knowledge and treatment attitude of patients with severe asthma.Method： From July 2015 to July 2016, 78 cases with severe asthma in our hospital were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method, 39 cases in each group of.The control group was taken care with routine nursing of asthma, the observation group was taken care with high-quality nursing.Cognition of respiratory function related knowledge and treatment attitude of two groups before and after the nursing were analyzed and compared. Result： Cognition of respiratory function related knowledge and treatment attitude of two groups before the nursing had no significant differences （P〉O.05）, while the cognition of respiratory function related knowledge and treatment attitude of the observation group at different time after nursing were significantly better than those of the control group （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： High-quality nursing can significantly improve the cognition of respiratory function related knowledge and treatment attitude of patients with severe asthma, so it plays a solid foundation for the smooth progress of disease treatment.
