摘要
结合国家级水生态文明建设试点经验,江西省在全国率先提出"市—县—乡—村"四级联动的建设格局。针对不同行政级别区域,结合自然条件和经济特点,提出水生态文明建设的侧重点和相关措施,为江西省不同层级开展水生态文明建设提供技术指导,也为全国其他地区开展水生态文明建设提供有益借鉴。
China gives great impetus on water ecology civilization and has accumulated a lot of experience through pilot project construction. Coordinated actions at four levels of city, county, township and village were firstly introduced by Jiangxi Province. Measures for water ecological civilization has initiated according to natural conditions and economic features at different levels. Technical guidance has been given to implement ecological- friendly approach in Jiangxi Province which provided valuable experiences to other areas in China.
