常规皮肤护理联合贝优芬预防鼻咽癌放疗中皮肤损伤的效果

Effect of routine skin care and Bei Youfen in the prevention of skin injury in the radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma

目的探讨分析常规皮肤护理联合贝优芬预防鼻咽癌放疗中皮肤损伤的效果。方法随机选取2014年12月~2015年12月来我院接受放射性治疗的鼻咽癌患者120例,并随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组患者给予常规皮肤护理,观察组在此基础上采用贝优芬预防皮肤损伤,比较两组患者的预防效果。结果在放射治疗时两组患者均出现不同程度的皮肤损伤,观察组有40例Ⅰ级皮肤损伤,18例Ⅱ级皮肤损伤,2例Ⅲ级损伤,对照组则有12例Ⅰ级损伤,37例Ⅱ级损伤,10例Ⅲ级损伤,1例Ⅳ级损伤,观察组患者发生皮肤损伤的程度显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论贝优芬预防鼻咽癌放疗中皮肤损伤的临床效果较好,能够有效保护患者皮肤,减少鼻咽癌患者放射性皮炎的发生,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of routine skin care and Bei Youfen in the prevention of skin injury in the radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods 120 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma received radiotherapy from December 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each groups.The patients in control group were given conventional skin care,the observation group was used Bei Youfen to prevent skin damage on the basis of control group,preventive effect of two groups were compared.Results When radiation treatment patients in the two groups with different degrees of skin lesions,there were 40 cases of grade Ⅰ skin lesion,18 cases of grade Ⅱ skin lesion,2 cases of grade Ⅲ injury in the observation group;12 cases of grade Ⅰ injury in the control group,37 cases of grade Ⅱ injury,10 cases of grade Ⅲ injury,1 case of grade Ⅳ injury,the observation group of patients with skin lesions was significantly lower than that of control group,the difference was significant （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Bei Youfen can prevent the skin injury in radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with good clinical effect and can protect the skin of patients effectively,it is worthy to be popularized in clinic.
