优质护理服务对子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜手术患者疾病认知及生活质量的影响

Effect of high quality nursing service on illness cognition and living quality in endometrial polyp patients with hysteroscopic surgery

目的探讨优质护理服务对子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜手术患者疾病认知及生活质量的影响。方法选取2016年3~12月我院收治的子宫内膜息肉患者80例,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,各40例。两组患者均行宫腔镜手术治疗,对照组给予常规护理服务,观察组采用优质护理服务。比较两组疾病认知情况与生活质量。结果观察组疾病认知优良度为97.50%,明显高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);护理后观察组生活质量明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务在提高子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜手术患者疾病认知及生活质量方面发挥着重要作用,具有推广价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing service on illness cognition and living quality in endometrial polyp patients with hysteroseopie surgery.Methods 80 endometrial polyp patients were admitted into our hospital from March to December 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.Two groups were received hysteroscopic surgery,the control group were taken conventional nursing service, the observation group were given high quality nursing service.The illness cognition and living quality of two groups were compared.Results The good rate of illness cognition in observation group was 97.50% ,was significantly higher than that of control group of 80.00%（P〈0.05）;the living quality in observation group after nursing was significantly better than that in control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion High quality nursing service plays an important role in increasing patients＇ illness cognition and living quality, which has promotional value.
