阐述了工程建设征地移民信息采集系统的建设目标和内容,详细说明了其系统架构、功能模块、系统特色和应用效果,并分析得出:通过可配置的和参数化设计,使系统能满足不同区域、不同类型、不同阶段项目使用的需求;通过编制操作规程,保障系统的规范应用等结论。目前,系统已在多项实物指标调查工作的应用中取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。

Objectives and contents of information collection system for resettlement of land acquisition in project construction are introduced with a detailed explanation on its framework, function modules, feature and projects of various types and applicable results. Based on result of evaluation, it is found that, with configurable and parametric design, the system can satisfy the needs of projects of various types and utilization at different areas in different stages. Standardized application of the system can be ensured through preparation of operating procedures. Currently the system is appraised by a number of physical indicators and can generate great economic and social benefits.
