摘要
目的探讨护生实习后期(实习时间≥6个月)的焦虑及一般自我效能感状况,并分析两者的相关性。方法 2015年6-12月,便利抽样法选取上海市某所三级甲等医院实习满6个月的护生230名为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、一般自我效能感量表(general perceived self-efficacy scale,GSES)对其进行心理焦虑及一般自我效能感状况调查,并分析两者的相关性。结果 230名护生焦虑症状总分为25~64分,平均(42.10±7.815分),与常模相比,差异有统计学意义(t=23.917,P<0.05)。230名护生中,正常者198名(86.1%)、轻度焦虑者28名(12.2%)、中度焦虑4名(1.7%)、无重度焦虑者。230名被调查的护生GSES量表平均得分为(2.37±0.59)分。自我效能感和焦虑状况之间呈负相关(r=-0.09,P<0.05)。护生SAS得分越高,自我效能感得分越低。结论护生实习后期的焦虑状况与一般自我效能感相关,带教教员应给予更多支持和引导,促进其身心健康,顺利完成实习。
Objective To discuss the anxiety and general self-efficacy of nursing interns in their later peri- od of internship(≥6 months), and to analysis its correlationship. Methods By convenience sampling, 230 nursing interns were selected and investigated by using general scale questionnaire, self-rating anxiety scale(SAS), general perceived self-efficacy scale(GSES), and their correlationship was analyzed.Results The total score of anxiety of 230 nursing interns was 25-64, and(42.10±7.815) in average, the statistical significance was existed compared with the norm(t =23.917,P〈0.05).Among 230 cases, there were 198 cases with no symptom (86.1%), 28 cases with mild anxiety(12.2%), 4 cases with moderate anxiety (1.7 %) and no student with severe anxiety.The average score of GSES scale was (2.37 ± 0.59).The self- efficacy was negatively correlated with anxiety(r=0.09,P〈0.05).Conclusions The anxiety is related with general self-efficacy of nursing interns in their later period of internship.The clinical teachers should provide more support and guidance to students, in order to promote their physical and psychological health, and successfully finish the internship.
