摘要 定向凝固方法制成的多晶铁磁形状记忆合金具有很多优越的力学性能,是新一代驱动与传感材料。以相对于定向凝固方向呈不同切割夹角的多晶Ni-Mn-Ga试样为研究对象,研究测试了试样在恒磁场作用下的应力-应变曲线。试验结果表明,该材料具有明显的各向异性力学特性,与应力、磁场和切割角等多因素的耦合有关,并总结得到一些有益的结论,为该材料在工程中的应用提供相应指导。 Polycrystalline Ni-Mn-Ga ferromagnetic shape memory alloy grown by directional solidification has many predominant mechanical properties.It may become the key material for a new generation of actuator and sensor.In this paper,some experiments of directional solidification samples in different angles to the solidification direction were carried out under mechanical-magnetic coupling.The stress-strain behaviors under different constant magnetic field were studied.The results show that the material has obvious anisotropic mechanical properties,which is related to stress,magnetic field and the angles to the solidification direction.Some useful conclusions were summarized,which may provide the materials a wide range of applications in engineering.
