双重压力与员工投入和CWB研究:多层模型讨论

摘要 由于当前企业环境变得复杂多变,市场竞争也日益激烈,企业为了获取并保持竞争优势,越发重视员工的工作敬业度及对组织的实际贡献,当代员工也因此会面临越来越大的工作压力。各式各样的工作需求造成了不同压力,其中组织中的挑战性一抑制性压力源已经引起组织管理研究者的广泛关注,但探讨两种压力源同时对员工的积极结果与负面结果产生影响的研究仍比较缺乏。
