安全文化学的实践与现实

安全文化,作为概念,是国外的一项发明;作为社会历史存在,是中国学人的发现。安全文化学,是以安全文化为研究对象的学科。安全文化学的研究实践先于学科建立;学科建立后,官方对安全文化理论研究的促进却远不及对安全文化建设实践的推动,难见有突破性的理论成果问世。文章建议学人深入社区、企业调研,加强安全文化理论研究,促进学科发展,使安全文化学成为对安全文化建设有用的东西;并提出将现行安全文化测评改为基于各项安全的工作及各项有关安全的事务是否落实和落实效果的综合测评的观点。

And the paper proposes to change the current safety culture assessment into the comprehensive evaluation of the implementation and implementation of the safety work and related safety services.
