摘要
目的探讨内镜金属夹(TTSC镜夹和OTSC吻合夹)止血术治疗Dieulafoy病的疗效。方法回顾性分析2014年3月-2016年6月经内镜金属夹治疗Dieulafoy病22例患者的临床资料,其中15例用TTSC内镜夹治疗(TTSC组),7例用OTSC吻合夹治疗(OTSC组)。结果 TTSC组除1例死亡和1例出血复发转外科手术外,其余出院后至今出血均未复发。OTSC组7例患者均止血成功,随访1~5个月未见出血复发。结论内镜金属夹止血术(尤其是OTSC吻合夹止血术)是一种治疗Dieulafoy病出血有效的微创措施。
Objective To investigate the effect of endoscopic metal clips （TTSC and OTSC） closure techniques in the treatment of Dieulafoy＇ s lesion. Methods Clinical data of 22 patients with Dieulafoy＇ s lesion were retrospectively analyzed after treatment with endoscopic metal clips closure techniques from Mar. 2014 to Jun. 2016. Among them, 15 eases were treated with TTSC, and 7 eases were treated with OTSC. Results One patient died and one underwent sur- gical treatment after recurrence of bleeding in TTSC group, others patients were successful hemostasis and no recurrence of bleeding after leave hospital. All of the 7 patients in OTSC group were successful hemostasis and no recurrence of bleeding after follow-up 1 -5 months. Conclusion Endoscopic metal clips （especially OTSC） closure techniques are effectively minimally invasive procedures for treatment of Dieulafoy＇ s lesion.
