TREM-1、CD64、PCT在儿童脓毒症中的诊断价值分析

Analysis on the diagnostic value of TREM-1,CD64 and PCT in pediatric sepsis

目的分析和研究TREM-1、CD64、PCT在儿童脓毒症中的诊断价值。方法选择2015年1月~2016年1月在我院住院治疗的儿童脓毒症患者30例,另选择同期普通感染患者30例设立为普通感染组,同时选择同期门诊体检儿童30名作为正常对照组,比较三组患儿患儿血清TREM-1、CD64及PCT水平。结果脓毒症组、普通感染组患者的血清TREM-1、CD64及PCT水平均显著高于正常对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);脓毒症组患者的血清TREM-1、CD64及PCT水平分别为(77.56±12.79)pg/mL、(69.65±13.36)%、(5.87±1.23)pg/L、分别显著高于普通感染组,组间比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论血清TREM-1、CD64、PCT可以作为儿童脓毒症诊断的敏感指标之一,通过检测脓毒症患儿血清TREM-1、CD64、PCT水平,有利于疾病预后的评价及进行诊断和鉴别诊断。

Objective To analyze and study the diagnostic value of TREM-I, CD64, PCT in pediatric sepsis. Methods A total of 30 children patients with sepsis who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected. Another 30 patients with common infection during the same period were selected as the common infec- tion group. At the same time, 30 children receiving outpatient physical examination were selected as the normal control group. The levels of serum TREM-1, CD64 and PCT were compared between the three groups. Results The levels of serum TREM-1, CD64 and PCT in the sepsis group and the common infection group were significantly higher than those in normal control group, and the differences were significant （P〈0.05）. The levels of serum TREM-1, CD64 and PCT were（77.56±12.79）pg/mL, （69.65±13.36）% and （5.87±2.23）pg/L respectively in the sepsis group, which were sig- nificantly higher than those in the common infection group, and the differences between groups were significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Serum TREM-1, CD64, PCT can be used as one of the sensitive indices in the diagnosis of sepsis in children. The serum levels＇ of TREM-1, CD64 and PCT in children with sepsis are helpful for the evaluation of the prognosis of disease and diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
