黄连素治疗2型糖尿病疗效评价及安全性研究

Study on the evaluation of curative effect of berberine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes and its safety

目的分析黄连素治疗2型糖尿病的疗效和安全性。方法选择2014年8月~2015年10月至我院就诊的106例2型糖尿病患者作为本次的研究对象,采取信封随机分组方案,分为常规组53例与实验组53例,两组患者均给予基础治疗,常规组加用二甲双胍肠溶片进行治疗,实验组加用黄连素进行治疗,对比两组的临床疗效。结果实验组与常规组的治疗总有效率分别为94.34%与75.47%(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者的肾功能指标无明显差异,治疗后实验组肾功能指标改善情况明显优于常规组(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗后血压与血糖变化情况相比常规组明显较优(P<0.05);两组患者均未出现较为严重的不良反应情况。结论对2型糖尿病患者采取黄连素进行治疗的疗效显著,可帮助患者控制血糖与血压水平,改善患者肾功能,进一步提高生活质量。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of berberine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 106 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were diagnosed in our hospital from August 2014 to October 2015 were selected as the subjects of this study. Randomized envelop grouping protocol was adopted, and the patients were assigned to the conventional group and the experimental group, with 53 patients in each group. Two groups of patients were given basic treatment. Conventional group was further given metformin enteric-coated tablets for treatment, and the experimental group was given berberine. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Re- suits The total effective rates in the experimental group and the conventional group were 94.34% and 75.47% respec- tively （P〈O.05）; there were no significant differences in renal function index between the two groups before the treat- ment. After the treatment, the improvement of renal function index in the experimental group was ＇significantly better than that in the conventional group（P〈O.05）; changes of the blood pressure and blood glucose in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the conventional group after the treatment（P〈0.05）; serious adverse reactions were not observed in both groups. Conclusion The treatment with berberine in the patients with type 2 diabetes has a signif- icant curative effect, which can help the patients to control blood sugar and blood pressure, improve renal function and further improve the quality of life.
