膀胱癌是我国泌尿外科临床上最常见的肿瘤之一,分为非肌层浸润性膀胱癌及肌层浸润性膀胱癌,是一种直接威胁患者生存的疾病。膀胱肿瘤以其高复发率为主要表现,是目前困扰临床医生的一个问题,不仅增加患者的治疗费用同时也大大降低了患者的生活质量。随着医学研究的迅速发展,对于肿瘤的研究逐渐深入到分子水平,发现某些分子指标对于肿瘤的病理及临床分期有指导意义,因此对于高复发率的膀胱肿瘤进行分子指标的研究,对于指导膀胱肿瘤患者的预后及提高患者的生活质量有重要指导意义。本文将就膀胱肿瘤新的分子指标的研究进展进行综述。

Bladder cancer is one of the most commonly seen tumors clinically：in the department of urinary surgery in China. It is divided into non-muscular invasive bladder cancer and muscular invasive bladder cancer, which is a dis- ease with a direct threat to human life. The bladder tumor is mainly characterized by its high recurrence rate, which is a problem faced with the clinical physicians currently. The tumor with high recurrence not only increases patients＇ treatment expenses, but also greatly reduced their life quality. With the rapid development Of medical research, the tu- mor research is gradually deepening into the molecular level, and discovery of some molecular indices plays a guiding significance in tumor＇s pathology and clinical staging. Therefore, the research on the molecular indices in the bladder tumor with high recurrence plays an important guiding signifiance in guiding the prognosis in the patients with bladder tumor and improving their life quality. This artical will review on the research progress of new molecular indices of bladder tumor.
