Study on Civil-Military Integration Synergy Innovation of High-End Equipment Manufacturing Industry in the Western Region—Take Shaanxi Province for example

建设创新型国家必须要有强大的高端装备制造业。高端装备制造业为国民经济和国防建设提供生产技术装备,是中国军民协同创新的重点领域。西部地区是中国国防科技资源集中区域,应从军民协同创新、产学研协同创新和产业生命周期三个维度设计体制机制,以解决当前高端装备制造业创新能力不强的问题。

Powerful high -end equipment manufacturing industry is an important standpoint for constructing an innova- tion country. High - end equipment manufacturing industry provides technical equipment for the construction of the na- tional economy and the national defense, which is the key areas of civil- military integration synergy innovation. There concentrate abundant defense science and technology resources in western China region, therefore, this paper suggests that innovation system and mechanism should be set up to improve innovation ability of high - end equipment manufac- turing industry from three dimensions, namely, civil -military integration dimension , university -industry -government innovation dimension, and industry life cycle dimension.
