跨文化外推视阈下的“一带一路”民心相通提升路径

Study on the Improving Path of People-to-people Bonds in the Belt and Road from the Perspective of Alienation Theory in Intercultural Philosophy

民心相通是"一带一路"建设的社会根基和"五通"之关键。以跨文化哲学的"外推"理论为基础,选取在"丝绸之路经济带"中具有重要战略地位的中亚地区为例,从语言、价值观、宗教三个层面详细论述民心相通之提升策略可见:民心相通,需要加强对沿线国家的语言习取,完善语言需求服务链,加强文化经典外译与汉语传播;需要深入外推和谐共存的价值观与平等互惠的发展理念,建立话语体系,消除心理隔阂;需要秉承包容互鉴之精神,加强宗教间对话,打破宗教壁垒。

People - to - people Bonds is the social foundation and a vital part of five major goals in the construction of the Belt and Road. Based as an example to expound on the intercultural Alienation Theory raised by Shen Qingsong, this paper takes Central Asia the ways to improve people - to - people bonds from the aspects of language, cultural values, and religions in detail. The paper argues that we need to enhance the learning of different languages used along the route of the Belt and Road and consummate the language needs supply, to advocate the core cultural value of harmonious coex- istence and the development philosophy of equality and reciprocity, to seek common in different religious in a spirit of tolerance and mutual learning, and carry on extensive inter- civilization dialogue and closer religious exchanges.
