车用微小通道蒸发器制冷剂流量分配特性 被引量:3

摘要 以整体平行流微小通道蒸发器模型为基础,从进口管相对集管位置、出口管相对集管位置、扁管与集管相对组合高度三方面对四流程蒸发器流量分配问题进行研究,并引入分别表示这三种相对位置关系的量纲一参数P′in、P′out及H.计算结果显示当P′in=0.591,P′out=0.402,H=0.239时,制冷剂流量分配均匀性最好.综合考虑这三种结构参数的影响,得到一种优化结构,使得流量分配的均匀性大大提高,不均匀度S比初始结构减小20%. In this paper, taking the whole parallel flow minichannel evaporator including four processes as the reach model, study the effects of structure factors (the relative position of the import and export pipe with the header; the combined altitudes between flat tube and header ) on evaporator flow distribution. Introducing three dimensionless parameters (P'm, P'out, H) to indicate that three relative positional relationship, the calculation results show that when P'm=0. 591, P'out =0. 402, H=0. 239, the uniformity of the refrigerant flow distribution is preferably. Considering the influence of the three structural parameters, an optimized structure was obtained, making the uniformity of flow distribution greatly improved, unevenness decreased 20% than the initial structure.
