摘要
通过对上海市三级医院后勤信息化现状的分析,提出该市三级医院后勤信息化面临基础数据标准缺乏、系统集成性不足、管理者观念滞后等问题,指出要建设三级医院后勤综合管理平台,并将该平台系统分成基础环境、数据层、应用层等5个层级,预期该平台能达到强化综合管理、提高医院服务质量、降低能源消耗等效果,从而起到改善患者非医疗服务体验等作用。
This paper analyzed the current status of informatization of hospital support service management in tertiary hospitals of Shanghai, and pointed out that informatization of hospital support service management in Shanghai had the problem of lacking basic data standard, insufficient system integration, and out-of-date management concept, etc. A comprehensive management platform of hospital support service was suggested to be set up. The platform was divided into five levels such as basic environment, data level and application level. It was expected that the platform could achieve many effects such as strengthening comprehensive management, improving hospital service quality and reducing energy consumption. It was also expected that the platform could improve patients' experience of non-medical care services.
