北京地下直径线隧道加固设备及施工技术研究

摘要 针对北京地下直径线上穿、下穿地铁线路的特殊工况,借鉴盾构管片安装的原理,研究设计出了一种采用中心回转、伸缩可调方式、永磁吸盘钢板快速安装法、柔性基准精确对位法等先进技术的钢衬板加固安装成套设备·满足了在上穿和下穿的地下区间内采用整环钢板加固的施工需求。现场施工实践表明:采用这种技术,可成功解决大直径隧道内的重型或大尺寸构件的快速抓取、提升以及精确对位问题。该技术的成功实施,为城市轨道交通的地下隧道在上穿、下穿区间或者地表建筑物变化引起的负载变化对地铁产生影响时的隧道加固提供了方案选择和技术支持,具有良好的社会效益和推广价值。 With the special engineering conditions of the tunnel over-crossing and under-crossing the subway taken into account, and referring to the principle of the installation of the pipe segments for a shield, studied and designed in the paper are a quick installation method for the centrally rotary, telescopically adjustable, permanently magnetic sucker steel slabs,a flexible fiducial accuracy polyphony method, and some other advanced techniques and a whole set of steel-lining-slab-reinforcing and installing equipment, which may meet the construction requirements of whole rings of steel slabs for the reinforcement of tunnel projects either over-crossing or under-crossing the subways. The construction practice shows that this technique can successfully solve the problems of fast grabbing, lifting and precisely aligning heavy or large-sized components in large-diameter tunnels. The successful implementation of this technique provides the alternative schemes and technical sup- port for the construction of underground tunnels in the under-crossing or under-crossing sections and for the ground buildings whose change in loads has effect on the subway and in which case the tunnel has to be reinforced. As a result, the technique is of great importance in both social benefit and popularization.
