摘要 路桥因沿线土质软或桥梁较长等原因,桥梁基础难免发生沉降造成梁体形变进而降低结构强度。传统调平采用人工加垫钢板或抽拔钢垫板方式,费时费力且调整精度低。鉴于此,设计一种自动检测桥梁基础沉降及自动调平的全自动控制系统,依靠单片机的计算和逻辑判断功能实现桥梁的自调平;采用人机交互触摸屏结合传感器及远程通信模块,实现了数据实时监控与远程控制功能。系统具有自动化及信息化程度高、调节精度高、抗干扰能力强的特点,将其用于控制桥梁调平具有重要的经济意义和社会意义。 Settlement tend to occur in the foundation of bridges either because the soil along the bridge is not solid enough, the bridge is comparatively long,or for other reasons, as result of which the body of the girder of the bridge may deform and the structural strength of it will be lowered. Being time-consuming, laborious, and poor in leveling accuracy, the traditional leveling of bridges is usually accomplished by either manually adding steel cushion slabs or removing steel cushion slabs. In such a case, a fully automatic intelligent testing system automatically to test the settlement of the bridge foundation and level the bridge is designed and developed in time in this paper. Relying on the calculating and logical judging functions of the single-chip micro- controller,the bridge is automatically leveled. With the help of the man-computer inter-contact sensors and the long-range com- munications modules, both the functions of the real-time digital monitoring and the long-range control are realized. Being efficient both in automation and collecting information, the present system for automatically monitoring the settlement of the bridge foundation has the advantages of being high in adjusting precision, powerful in anti-interference capability. It is really of great economic and social importance when it is applied to controlling the leveling of bridges.
