基于免疫算法的战区投送保障基地规划研究

摘要 随着军队调整改革后战区的重新划分、新型联勤保障体制的确立,针对投送保障基地布局规划问题,通过对比分析,提出了基于免疫算法的战区投送保障基地选址方法,并进行了实例研究。对构建完善战区运输投送保障体系,有效应对多种安全威胁、完成多样化军事任务提供理论支持。 With the adjustment and reform of the armed forces and the re-division of war zones, the new-type logistic support systems and mechanism have to be established. Aiming at solving the problems of planning and laying out delivery support ba- ses,and upon the basis of the corresponding comparison and analyses, put forward in the paper is the immune algorithm-based site-choosing method for the delivery support bases of a war zone,with some practical examples studied. The paper may provide theoretical support for war zones in establishing a perfect transportation support system, effectively responding to multiple security threats and accomplishing various military tasks.
