摘要
主跨(40+60+60+40)m的梁桥采用支架法分节段施工。为增加支架利用次数,其中一个边跨的预应力筋在没有全部张拉前,拆除了部分支架;另一个边跨在预应力筋全部张拉后,才拆除支架,这样就需要考虑不同的预拱度。对桥梁施工过程进行仿真分析,给出了该T构—连续梁桥预拱度设置方法和数值。该技术为以后同时跨铁路和公路连续梁施工提供了借鉴。
The main span(40+60+60+40m) of the bridge is built segment by segment by the scaffolding method. In order to increase the times of the repeated use of the support, part of the support will be removed before thepre-stressing bars for one of the side-spans are fully pre-stretched. The support for the other side-span will be removed after the prestressing bars are fully stretched. In which case different values of pre-cambering should be considered and adopted. The construction process of the bridge is numerically simulated,which provides both the pre-cambering-setting method for and values of the T-form continuous girder bridge. The technique may provide a useful reference for the construction of continuous girder bridges simultaneously spanning both railways and highways in the future.
