摘要 为了解作业过程中提梁机的结构稳定性能,结合MG450型提梁机作业模式,利用ANsYS建立提梁机整体有限元模型,分析不同作业模式下,荷载位置及门架高度变化对结构稳定性的影响。研究结果表明,起重小车在主梁上的相对位置对结构稳定性影响明显;跨线提梁模式,起重小车位于刚性支腿侧L/4处结构稳定性最好,起重小车位于柔性支腿侧L/4处结构稳定性最差;重载移梁模式,起重小车紧邻刚性支腿侧结构稳定性最好,起重小车位于柔性支腿侧L/4处时结构稳定性最差。研究结果便于提梁机作业时合理确定起重小车位置,可有效避免盲目作业带来的安全隐患。 To understand the structural stability of the girder-hoisting machine in the working process,and with the operational mode of the MG450-type girder-hoisting machine taken as an example,an integral finite element model for the girder-hoisting machine is established in the light of the ANSYS software in the paper, with the effects of the location of the load and the change in the height of the portal on the structural stability in different operational modes analyzed. The result of our studies shows that the relative position of the hoisting trolley on the main beam has obvious effect on the structural stability. In the mode of hoisting girders over existing railways, the structural stability is the best when the hoisting trolley is located at the L/ 4 of the stiff leg,and the structural stability of the girder-hoisting machine is the worst when the hoisting trolley is located at the L/4 of the flexible leg. In the operational mode of running with heavy loads,the structural stability of the machine is the best when the hoisting trolley is close to the stiff leg and the structural stability of the machine is the worst when the hoisting trolley is located L/4 beside the flexible leg. The result of our research may help locate the hoisting trolley when the girder-hoisting machine is working, which helps avoid the potential risks resulting from reckless operations.
