摘要
针对石济客专5孔25.5~32.6 m跨度非标调跨简支箱梁的施工,改造标准跨部分节段内模和对架桥机作局部修改,满足了现场少量非标调跨梁的制造与架设要求。介绍了架设非标调跨梁因支点位置变化对已架相邻梁的受力检算过程,并对支架法与预制架设法施工进行了经济对比分析,经济及社会效益良好,为以后施工此类非标调跨简支箱梁制定方案提供了参考。
Aiming at solving the problems in the construction of the five 25.5-32.6 m-spanned non-standard span-adjustable simply supported box girders for the Shijiazhuang-Ji'nan Passengers-oriented Railway,the internal forms of standard span for part of the sections are transformed and the bridge erector is locally altered to meet the needs of site-casting and erecting the minor non-standard span-adjustable box girders. Introduced in the paper is the checking process of calculating the force of the erected adjacent beams resulting from the change in the fulcrum position,with the economic benefits of the bridge to be built respectively by the support method and the pre-casting-erecting method compared and analyzed, upon the basis of which it is found that both the economic and social benefits of the present construction method are good. The paper may serve as a useful reference for the construction of such non-standard span-adjustable box girders in the future.
