含钙高温锰系磷化膜性能的研究 被引量:1

摘要 向锰系磷化液中加入钙剂,制得含钙磷化膜。观察了磷化膜的微观形貌及生长过程,并测试了含钙磷化膜的成分、耐蚀性、膜重、生长速率、耐高温性及结合力。结果表明:含钙磷化膜表面由一些较大的、不规则的块状晶体和棒状晶体组成,含Mn、P、Fe及少量的Ca;含钙磷化膜的耐蚀性优于不含钙磷化膜的;含钙磷化膜能够耐受500℃的高温;含钙磷化膜与钢铁基体结合良好。 Phosphating film containing calcium was prepared by applying calcium hydroxide as the additive. The micro-morphology and growth process of phosphating film were observed, and the components, corrosion resistance, quality, growth rate, heat resistance and binding force of phosphating film were tested. Results showed that the surface of phosphating film containing calcium was composed of some larger irregular block of crystals and stick crystals, and containing Mn, P, Fe and small amount of Ca. The corrosion resistance of phosphating film containing calcium was better than that of phosphating film without calcium. The phosphating film containing calcium can bear high temperature about 500 ℃, and adhere well to the steel substrate.
