摘要
进行性核上性麻痹评定量表被设计作为常规评价该疾病的残疾及严重程度的工具。本综述目的在于介绍该评分量表,并总结其临床应用。该量表包含6个领域、28个评分项,其中22项评分由0~4分、6项0~2分。总分100分。多个研究表明,进行性核上性麻痹评定量表是该疾病有用的衡量工具。该量表能全面评价疾病的主要特征,且对疾病的进展预测敏感。
The PSPRS（Progressive supranuclear palsy rating scale） was designed for Use as a routine t0ol of assess disability and severity of PSP.The aim of this review was to provide the introduction and application research in this scale.The PSPRS consisted of 28 items in 6 domains,22 items were rated on a 5-point scale （0 - 4）,and items were rated on a 3-point scale（0 - 2）.The total score ranged from 0（normal） to lO0.Several studies indicated that the PSPRS was a useful scale for the assessment of disease.It could cover the mainly features of disease,and it was sensitive to disease progression.
