三联疗法联合中药对胃溃疡患者血清炎症因子的影响

Effect of triple therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine on serum inflammatory factors of patients with gastric ulcer

目的探讨三联疗法联合中药对胃溃疡患者血清炎症因子的影响。方法选取2013年1月~2016年1月我院收治的胃溃疡患者200例作为研究对象,将其随机均分为观察组和对照组各100例。对照组采用雷贝拉唑、克拉霉素联合阿莫西林的三联方案进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用四磨汤进行治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效;同时对两组患者的幽门螺杆菌(Hp)根除率及IL-6水平进行对比。随访6个月,观察患者病情复发情况。结果观察组治愈率为65.0%,总有效率为93.0%;对照组治愈率为33.0%,总有效率为76.0%;观察组治愈率和总有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者Hp根除率为90.0%,对照组患者Hp根除率为67.0%,观察组Hp根除率明显高于对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后IL-6水平与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后IL-6水平与对照组患者治疗后比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察两组患者复发情况,观察组复发10例,复发率为10.0%;对照组复发26例,复发率为26.0%;观察组复发率显著低于对照组(χ2=7.055,P<0.05)。结论三联疗法联合中药疗法治疗胃溃疡具有较好的效果,能够降低IL-6水平及复发率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of triple therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine on serum inflammatory factors of patients with gastric ulcer. Methods 200 patients with gastric Ulcer cured in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group （100 cases）. Patients in control group were treated with triple regimen of rabeprazole,clarithromycin and amoxicillin,and patients in observation group were treated with Simiao Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effect of the two groups was compared.At the same time,（Hp） eradication rate and IL-6 level were compared.The patients were followed up for 6 months to observe the recurrence of the disease. Results The cure rate of the observation group was 65.0%, the total effective rate was 93.0%. The cure rate of the control group was 33.0%, the total effective rate was 76.0%. The cure rate and total effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05）.The eradication rate of Hp was 90.0% in the observation group and 67.0% in the control group.The Hp eradication rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）.The levels of IL-6 in the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than that before the treatment （P 〈 0.05）,and the level of IL-6 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.There were 10 cases recurrence in the observation group with a recurrence rate of 10.0%.There were 26 cases recurrence in the control group with a recurrence rate of 26.0%.The recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （x2=7.055,P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The triple therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine therapy has a good effect in treating gastric ulcer.h can reduce the level of IL-6 and relapse rate,and it is worthy of clinical application.
