ICU呼吸机依赖患者的护理干预方式与应用意义分析

Nursing intervention method and application significance analysis of ICU ventilator dependent patients

目的探究分析ICU呼吸机依赖患者的护理干预方式和应用意义。方法选取2014年6月~2016年7月我院ICU的呼吸机依赖患者116例为研究对象,所有患者均为肺部感染,且所有呼吸机患者均展开持续性血液净化治疗。随机分为常规护理的对照组(58例),并在对照组的基础上,选择护理干预对患者进行护理的观察组(58例),比较分析的两组患者的满意度、护理质量和呼吸机不良反应的发生率进行比较。结果经过护理后,观察组患者的满意度为98.28%,明显优于对照组82.76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且观察组患者的护理质量指标中的抢救率、基础护理和护理安全度等评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外,观察组患者的不良反应患者7例,占12.07%,明显低于对照组患者的不良反应发生17例,占32.76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ICU呼吸机持续性血液净化治疗患者,选取我院有效的护理干预方式可以有提升患者的护理质量,减少患者呼吸机不良反应的发生率,提升患者的满意度,效果显著,值得临床推广实践。

Objective To explore the nursing intervention method and application significance analysis of ICU ventilator dependent patients. Methods 116 cases of ICU ventilator dependent patients in our hoapital from June 2014 to July 2016 were selected as the study objects.All patients were pulmonary infection,and all patients were treated with continuous blood purification.They were randomly divided into control group （58 cases,and treated with routine nursing） and observation group （n=58,treated with nursing intervention on the basis of control group）. Satisfaction,quality of care,and incidence of adverse reactions to the ventilator of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing,the＇ satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was 98.28%,which was significantly better than that in：the control group with 82.76%,and the difference was significant（P 〈 0.05）.The rescue rate, basic care and nursing safety in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）.There were Teases of patients with adverse reactions in observation group,accounting for 12.07%,which was significantly lower than that in control group of patients with 17 cases, accounting for 32.76%,the difference was significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For ICU ventilator contiouous blood purification for patients,effective nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of patient care,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with ventilator,and improve patient satisfaction. It has significant effects,and it is worthy of clinical practice.
