经尿道电子输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术50例护理配合

Nursing care of 50 cases with holmium laser lithotripsy under transurethral electronic soft ureteroscope

目的探讨综合护理干预在经尿道电子输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术中的应用效果。方法收集50例接受经尿道电子输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术患者进行研究随机分为两组,对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受综合护理干预,比较两组患者手术情况。结果 (1)对照组平均手术时间(53.6±8.5)min,住院时间(5.8±2.1)d;观察组平均手术时间(38.6±8.5)min,住院时间(3.8±1.5)d,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)对照组一次碎石成功22例,成功率88.0%;观察组一次碎石成功24例,成功率96.0%;组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)观察组护理满意度96.0%显著高于对照组80.0%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(4)观察组SAS(43.0±6.1)分,SDS(45.1±6.1)分;对照组患者SAS(59.3±9.3)分,SDS(60.4±2.4)分,(P<0.05);对照组患者Barthel评分(74.3±6.8)分显著优于对照组(60.2±3.4)分;差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预经尿道电子输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术中能提高碎石率,提高护理满意度,改善患者不良情绪,值得临床推广。

Objective To discuss the application efficacy of comprehensive nursing intervention for holmium laser lithotripsy under transurethral electronic soft ureteroscope. Methods Selected 50 cases with with holmium laser lithotripsy under transurethral electronic soft ureteroscope were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The operation situation of two groups were compared. Results （1）The mean operation time of the control group was （53.6 ± 8.5）min,and hospitalization time was （5.8 ± 2.1）d.The mean operation time the observation group was （38.6 ± 8.5） min,and the hospitalization time was（3.8 ± 1.5）d.The difference between the two groups were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.（2）22 cases of renal calculi were removed in one-time in the control group,the success rate was 88%,and 24 eases of renal calculi were removed in one-time in the observation group,and the success rate was 96%.The difference between the two groups was statistically signifieant（P 〈0.05）.（3）The nursing satisfaction of the observation group（96%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（80%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 O.05）.（4）The SAS score of the observation group was （43.0 ± 6.1）,and SDS score was （45.1 ± 6.1）.The SAS score of the control group was （59.3 ± 9.3）,and SDS score was （60.4 ± 2.4）.The Barthel score of the control group（74.3 ± 6.8） was significantly better than that of the control group（60.2 ± 3.4）.The difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for holmium laser lithotripsy under transurethral electronic soft ureteroscope can improve the rate of gravel,improve nursing satisfaction, and alleviate patients with bad mood.
