护理专案对癌痛患者爆发痛控制的影响

Effect of nursing project intervention in cancer patients with breakthrough pain

目的通过护理专案改善计划,提高癌痛患者爆发痛的控制率。方法成立专案护理小组,制定专案改善计划并按步骤实施,运用癌痛知识评价表评估我院肿瘤科20名护理人员癌痛知识掌握率,运用疼痛主观认知调查表、疼痛控制障碍评估工具(BQ-L)评价我院100例住院癌痛患者癌痛认知、疼痛控制障碍情况,综合分析癌痛患者出现爆发痛的原因后制定相应的护理专案改善计划并予以实施,评估爆发痛的控制效果。结果通过护理专案改善计划,护理人员对癌痛护理知识的掌握率由70%上升至90%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),患者干预后疼痛控制障碍的各项得分均显著低于干预前(P<0.05)。结论护理专案改善计划,能大幅度提高护理人员对癌痛护理知识的掌握率,能加强患者自我疼痛的认知率,进而明显提高癌症患者爆发痛的控制率,达到癌痛患者和护理人员双赢受益。

Objective To improve the breakthrough pain control rate of cancer patients through nursing project intervention plans. Methods A nursing project intervention team was setup,and it made special-purpose plans to implement step by step.The Knowledge of 20 paramedics in our oncology department was evaluated by cancer pain knowledge evaluation table.The cognition of cancer pain and pain control disorder of 100 cases of hospitalized patients with cancer pain were assessed by pain subjective cognitive questionnaire and pain control disorder assessment tool （BQ-L）.The nursing project was planed according to the pain outbreak reason,and carried out in order to assess the effect of the outbreak of pain control. Results Though the nursing project improvement,the nursing knowledge rate of nursing staff was increased from 70% to 90%.The scores of pain control disorder in patients with pain were significantly lower than those before intervention （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nursing project improvement plan can greatly improve the cancer pain nursing knowledge of nursing staff, and strengthen the self pain cognition rate. Moreover,it can improve the control rate of patients with cancer pain outbreak,and achieve a win-win situation of cancer patients and nursing staff benefit.
