两孩政策实施开平市避孕节育措施知情选择意愿研究

Informed choices will study of two child policy implementation of contraception measures of Kaiping city

目的探讨两孩政策实施避孕节育措施知情选择意愿,为今后改进计划生育药具服务提供科学依据。方法 2016年4月12~21日随机在开平市15个镇发放1000份调查表,回收有效调查表,数据进行分析。结果回收有效调查表861份,数据进行分析,选择口服避孕药的有15例,占1.74%,选择外用避孕药的为0,选择避孕套的有603例,占70.04%,选择宫内节育器的有12例,占1.39%,选择绝育术的有21例,占2.44%,选择安全期避孕的有126例,占14.63%,另外还有84例选择无避孕措施性生活,占9.76%。结论长效避孕措施落实率如此低,今后计划生育药具服务工作任重道远。

Objective To investigate the informed choices will of two child policy implementation of contraception measures,and to provide a scientific basis for establishing service of family planning for the future. Methods 1000 copies of the questionnaire were randomly distributed in 15 towns in Kaiping April 12 to 21,2016,recycling effective questionnaire,data analysis. Results The recycling effective questionnaire were 861 doses,the data were analyzed. The choice of oral contraceptives were 15 doses,accounted for 1.74%,the choice of the external use of birth control pills were 0,the choice of the condom were 603 doses,accounted for 70.04%,the choice of the intrauterine device ere 12 doses,accounted for 1.39%,the choice of sterilisation were 21 doses,accounted for 2.44%,the choice of rhythm were 126 doses,accounted for 14.63%,and 84 doses without contraception sex choice,accounting for 9.76%. Conclusion Long-acting contraception LaShiLv is so low,establishing service of family planning work has a long way in the future. Family planning service in the future work to be done is far.
