黎药裸花紫珠与胆木组合的药效学研究

目的:筛选出黎药裸花紫珠和胆木最佳药效组合,为开发新药做准备。方法:对裸花紫珠和胆木提取物的组合进行包括抗炎、镇痛、抗菌和解热等药效学研究。结果:裸花紫珠和胆木的水、醇提取物的单方和组方在剂量为0.52g/kg·bw时,对小鼠均有一定的抗炎、镇痛作用;剂量为0.4g/kg·bw时,两者单方对内毒素致热家兔具有解热作用;组方裸花紫珠醇提物-胆木醇提物(0.26g/kg:0.26g/kg)对内毒素致热家兔的解热效果更佳;两者的水、醇提取物单方和组方均有一定的抑菌作用。结论:组方裸花紫珠醇提物-胆木醇提物(0.26g/kg:0.26g/kg)的抗炎、镇痛、解热和抗菌等作用最佳。
