伏九天穴位贴敷合孟鲁斯特治疗小儿支气管哮喘50例

目的:观察伏九天穴位贴敷联合孟鲁斯特咀嚼片治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:将100例支气管哮喘患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,在三伏三九天给予治疗组中药穴位贴敷及口服孟鲁斯特咀嚼片,对照组则予模拟药膏穴位贴敷及口服孟鲁斯特咀嚼片,治疗1个疗程,随访1年观察其临床疗效及肺功能的变化情况。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为96%、86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且两组治疗后肺功能相关指标均有改善,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:伏九天穴位贴敷可以治疗小儿支气管哮喘,提高哮喘的治愈率,改善肺功能,值得临床推广运用。
