VoLTE终端SRVCC测量机制优化及应用

摘要 VoLTE商用初期,SRVCC性能指标对用户体验至关重要。以LTE SRVCC到GSM网络为例,主要探讨VoLTE终端SRVCC测量机制对SRVCC测量时间的影响,提出了"利用CDRX休眠期进行异频异系统测量"和"GSM优先测量"联合优化方案,并成功应用到主流芯片,提升了SRVCC切换成功率,保障了VoLTE商用初期的用户体验。 In the early stage of VoLTE commercial applications,SRVCC performance metrics are important to the user experience.Based on LTE SRVCC and GSM networks,impacts of SRVCC measurement mechanism of VoL TE terminal on the measurement time were discussed.The joint optimization scheme combined‘disparate frequency and system measurement using CDRX inactivity period’with‘GSM priority measurement’was proposed which was applied to the mainstream chip.It not only enhances SRVCC handover success rate,but guarantees the user experience in the early stage of VoLTE commercial applications as well.
