摘要
目的研究动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)与脑血管痉挛的关系。方法动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者在特定时间点分别采用经颅多普勒测量颅内血管血流速度,同时抽取肘静脉血采用酶标法定量测定MMP-9。采用SPSS13.0软件进行数据分析。结果脑血管痉挛4~6 d增加明显,8~10 d达峰值,14 d明显减轻,蛛网膜下腔出血后2~4 d血清中MMP-9表达开始增加,于6~8 d达到高峰,此后逐渐下降,至2周后恢复至正常水平,与脑血管痉挛明显相关(P<0.01)。MMP-9测量值与脑血管痉挛程度呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论检测外周血MMP-9可有效预测脑血管痉挛的程度,抑制外周血MMP-9的表达或可以成为动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血脑血管痉挛的有效治疗方法。
Objective To study the relationship between serum matrix metalloproteinase -9 (MMP-9) and cerebral vasospasm in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage. Method The patients were measured by transcranial Doppler cerebral blood flow at a specific point in time after aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage, Simultaneous extraction of the blood of the elbow was determined by using the method of enzyme labeling for quantitative determination of MMP-9, Data analysis using SPSS13.0 software. Result Cerebral vascular spasm increased significantly from 4-6 days, 8-10 days or so to reach a peak, 14 days significantly reduce, The expression of MMP-9 increased in the serum of 2-4 days after subarachnoid hemorrhage, peak at 6-8 days, since then gradually decreased, return to normal levels after 2 weeks,significantly associated with cerebral vasospasm (P〈0.01). The MMP-9 measurement values were positively correlated with the degree of cerebral vasospasm (P〈0.05). Conclusion MMP-9 can effectively predict the degree of cerebral vasospasm, Suppression of the expression of MMP-9 in peripheral blood may he an effective method for the treatment of cerebral vasospasm following suharachnoid hemorrhage.
