血液检验用于风湿病患者的临床作用探讨

Clinical Study on Blood Test for Rheumatism Patients

目的探讨对风湿病患者采用血液检验的临床作用。方法本次研究对象来源于我院2015年8月至2016年8月收治的风湿病患者54例,另选取同期于我院体检的健康人54例设为健康组,两组均开展血液检验,比较两组检测指标值。结果风湿组IgG、IgA、IgM、ESR、CRP、RF均明显高于健康组(P<0.05);两组红细胞压积对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论对风湿病患者开展血液检验有利于临床诊治,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of using blood tests for sufferers from rheumatism. Methods Object of the study from August 2015 to August 2015 were 54 patients with rheumatism, another selection during the same period in our hospital check-up of healthy people set of 54 cases of healthy group, both groups to carry out the blood test, compare two groups of testing parameter values. Results Rheumatic group IgG, IgA, IgM, ESR, CRP, RF were significantly higher than the healthy group （P〈0.05）;Two groups of red blood cells deposited contrast has no obvious difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion To carry out the blood test is helpful to clinical diagnosis and treatment in patients with rheumatism, worthy of promotion.
