降钙素原与C反应蛋白在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期中的临床诊断价值

摘要 目的探讨降钙素原(PCT)与C反应蛋白(CPR)在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者的临床诊断意义。方法选取2013年4月至2015年4月我院收治的104例COPD急性加重期患者作为病例组、选取同期在我院体检的100例健康人群作为健康对照组,分别检测2组研究对象的血清PCT、CRP水平,比较治疗前后COPD患者PCT、CRP水平的变化情况。结果病例组的PCT、CRP水平均明显高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,病例组患者的PCT、CRP水平明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论降钙素原与C反应蛋白的检测有助于慢性阻塞肺疾病患者急性加重期的诊断,因此临床中可加强COPD患者的PCT、CRP的监测,从而预防COPD患者的急性发作。
