侧面碰撞试验中Euro SID-2假人与WorldSID假人伤害值的对比研究

Comparative Study of the Euro SID-2 and WorldSID Dummy Injury Criteria in the MDB Test

对侧面碰撞试验中使用较为广泛的Euro SID-2假人与最新研发的World SID假人进行了对比。从静态和动态两个方面出发,其中静态对比主要对两种侧碰假人的外形尺寸和内部结构进行了比较;动态对比则是采用AEMDB的侧碰壁障,对分别装有Euro SID-2假人和World SID假人的同款车型进行了实车碰撞试验,并根据假人采集到的数据,对比分析了两种假人在伤害值和响应特性上的差别。

This paper carries out a contrast research on Euro SID-2 dummy and WorldSID dummy, which were used in a side impact test. The study was performed from the perspective of static and dynamic comparison. In static comparison, the dimensions and structures between the two kinds of dummies were compared. In dynamic comparison, a real car collision test was carried out using vehicles with the same type with Euro SID-2 dummy and WoddSID dummy onboard respectively and using the AE-MDB barrier. Then injury values and response characteristics of the two kinds of dummies were analyzed based on collected data.
