摘要
双燃料主机在LNG船舶上的应用既环保又经济。而LNG燃料的安全性是双燃料主机需要考虑的重要因素,因此主机在运行过程中,燃料气的各种检测措施都需要进行周密的设计。对燃料气管线采用了双壁管设计,进一步保证了其安全性。阐述了燃料气供应中断后,主机惰气吹扫逻辑控制的实现过程,旨在通过逻辑程序的设计,达到燃料气安全使用的目的。
The dual fuel engine in LNG ship features both environmental friendly and cost saving. As the safety of LNG fuel for the dual fuel engine should be taken into consideration, all testing measures of the fuel have been cautiously de- signed during the work process of the engine. In addition, the design of double-wall pipe further ensures its safety. This paper describes the realization of the logic control of inert gas purging during the interruption of fuel gas supply. Through the careful consideration of logic programs, it aims to achieve the goal of safe use of fuel gas.
