摘要
结合工程实例,对合成气制油(费托)装置含油污水的来源特点及除油工艺进行分析。该含油污水经调节隔油池、斜板隔油设备和溶气气浮设备处理,出水经检测达标后排至原厂区污水处理厂进行生化及深度处理,不合格的水则排回调节隔油池循环处理。
Combining with engineering project examples, the source and characteristics of oily wastewater and process for oil removal were analyzed. The oily wastewater was treated by grease interceptor, inclined plate oil separator and dissolved air flotation, the effluent was discharged to wastewater treatment plant after being proven qualified.
