左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统用于治疗子宫腺肌病的临床观察

The clinical observation of Levonorgestrel intrautering system for the treatment of adenomyosis

目的:探讨左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统(曼月乐环)在治疗子宫腺肌病中的作用。方法:选取2014年1月~2015年12月在我院接受治疗的子宫腺肌病患者160例,随机平均分为研究组和对照组,每组80例。研究组放置曼月乐环治疗,对照组给予米非司酮治疗。观察160例子宫腺肌病患者在治疗前后月经量、痛经程度以及子宫体积的变化,并比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗后月经量减少、痛经程度减轻以及子宫体积变小效果均优于对照组。结论:左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统治疗子宫腺肌病疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To explore the function of Levonorgestrel intrautering system（Mirena）for the treatment of adenomyosis. Method：One hundred and sixty patients with uterine adenomyosis admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected,and divided into the research group and the control group according to the random number table method,80 cases in each group. The research group was given Mirena for treatment, the control group was treated with Mifepristone. The menstrual volume,and dysmenorrheal,uterine volume changes between the two groups before and after treatment were recorded. Result： In the research group,the menstrual volume reduced,dysmenorrheal and uterine volume changes effects were better than the control group. Conclusion：Levonorgestrel intrautering system used for adenomyosis is an effective treatment,is worthy of clinical promotion.
