甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的疗效观察

Efficacy of glargine combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的:探讨对于2型糖尿病口服降糖药物血糖控制差,改为甘精胰岛素注射液联合二甲双胍片降糖的疗效。方法:收集2014年1月~2016年1月在我院内分泌科住院治疗2型糖尿病患者80例,因口服降糖药物血糖控制差,分为甘精胰岛素组(A组)40例,预混胰岛素治疗组(B组)40例,A组采用甘精胰岛素针联合二甲双胍降糖治疗,B组采用预混胰岛素针降糖治疗,观察甘精胰岛素组与预混胰岛素组治疗前后血糖的变化、血糖达标时间、胰岛素用量及低血糖发生率。结论:甘精胰岛素针联合二甲双胍片治疗2型糖尿病血糖控制平稳,低血糖发生率低,甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍片对口服药物血糖控制差的2型糖尿病患者是首选治疗方法。

Objective：To investigate the difference of oral glucose control in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Method：80 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes hospitalized in the Department of endocrinology of our hospital during the period from January 2014 to January 2016,Because of oral hypoglycemic drugs in poor glycemic control,divided into the insulin glargine group（A group） 40 cases,pre mixed insulin treatment group（B group） in 40 cases. Group A was treated with insulin glargine combined with metformin hypoglycemic treatment,group B was treated with premixed insulin needle therapy,to observe the changes of blood glucose before and after the treatment of the insulin-insulin-insulin-treated group and the premixed insulin group,time of blood glucose,insulin dosage and the incidence of hypoglycemia. Conclusion：Insulin glargine combined with metformin tablets in the treatment of type 2diabetes control blood sugar level,low incidence of hypoglycemia,the first choice for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with poor blood glucose control is the combination of insulin and insulin.
