摘要
为了解2013年—2015年辽宁地区猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)的遗传变异情况,采用PCR对辽宁地区采集到PCV2阳性病料样品进行全基因组扩增,并应用DNA Star软件进行序列比对和遗传演化分析。结果表明,检测的15株PCV2全基因组全长为1 767bp和1 768bp,基因核酸序列同源性为94.4%~99.8%;15株PCV2毒株中有11株属于PCV2b基因型,4株属于PCV2a基因型。结果表明,目前在辽宁地区有多种血清型PCV2同时流行,应该针对优势血清型制定免疫策略。
In order to understand the genetic variation of porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2) in Liaoning from 2013 to 2015 ,the full sequence of PCV2 gene was amplified by PCR from the PCV2 positive samples in Liaoning province,and the sequence alignment and genetic variation analysis were conducted by DNA Star. The results showed that the full genome length of 15 PCV2 strains were 1 767 bp and 1 768 bp, the gene nucleic acid sequence homology was 94.4% to 99.8%;11 strains of 15 PCV2 strains belonged to PCV2b genotype,4 strains belonged to genotype PCV2a. The results showed that a variety of serotype PCV2 were epidemic at present,the immune strategies according to the dominant serotypes should be developed.
