张掖市主要猪疫病流行病学和血清学调查

Report on Epidemiological and Serological of Major Diseases in Zhang ye City

通过应用流行病学方法,对张掖市农区5县区年饲养300头以上的300个规模养猪场户猪的发病、死亡情况进行了调查,共调查育肥猪127 241头,其中发病16 250头,死亡3 543头,发病、死亡率分别为12.77%、2.78%;应用实验室血清学方法对O型口蹄疫、高致病性猪蓝耳病、猪瘟、伪狂犬病、支原体肺炎、细小病毒病、副嗜血杆菌病、衣原体病、圆环病毒病、乙型脑炎、弓形虫病、传染性胃肠炎、传染性胸膜肺炎和布鲁氏菌病等14种疫病进行了抽样检测。在各县区中,经免疫的O型口蹄疫、高致病性猪蓝耳病、猪瘟和支原体肺炎4种疫病的抗体阳性检出率分别为77.24%、75.59%、81.39%和75.23%,经其父母代免疫而自身未免疫的伪狂犬病的抗体阳性检出率为20.93%,查出细小病毒病、副嗜血杆菌病、衣原体病、圆环病毒病、乙型脑炎、弓形虫病、传染性胃肠炎、传染性胸膜肺炎、布鲁氏菌病等9种感染疫病,其抗体阳性检出率分别为32.82%、35.14%、38.56%、31.73%、28.49%、26.36%、2.81%、2.87%和1.16%,并且两病或多病混合感染的情况较为严重。

Epidemiological methods were used to investigate the incidence and mortality of 300 pig farms which number raised to 300 in five counties.Totally,127 241 pigs were investigated,amoung them 16 250 pigs were attacked,3 543 pigs died,and the imorbidity and mortality were 12.77%,2.78%,respectively.Laboratory serological method were carried out to detected O-type foot-and-mouth disease,PRRS,swine pseudorabies,mycoplasma pneumonia,parvovirus disease,Haemophilus disease,chlamydia,Circovirus Disease,encephalitis,toxoplasmosis,infectious gastroenteritis,infectious pleural pneumonia and brucellosis diseases.In counties,for immuned pigs,the antibody positive rate of O-type foot and mouth disease,highly pathogenic blue-ear disease,swine fever,and mycoplasma pneumonia were 77.24%,75.59%,81.39% and 75.59%,respectively.For pigs that immuned by their parents,the antibody positive rate of parvovirus disease,Haemophilus disease,chlamydia,Circovirus Disease,encephalitis,toxoplasmosis,infectious gastroenteritis,infectious pleuropneumonia,brucellosis were 32.82%,35.14%,38.56%,31.73%,28.49%,26.36%,2.81%,2.87% and 1.16%,respectively.The research also find that mixed infection are more serious.
