高职畜牧兽医专业技能鉴定存在问题与对策研究

Research on Existing Problems and Countermeasures of Skill Reification of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Speciality in Higher Vocational College

开展畜牧兽医专业职业技能鉴定工作,推行职业资格证书制度是当前农业职业教育畜牧兽医专业的重要组成部分,也是畜牧业人力资源开发的重要手段。随着职业院校职业技能鉴定工作的逐步深入开展,职业技能鉴定工作在运行过程中凸显出了许多问题和制约因素,从而影响了技能鉴定工作质量和效果的充分发挥。本文在分析高职畜牧兽医专业职业技能鉴定工作中存在问题的基础上,提出了解决措施,对提高技能鉴定效果和质量具有较强的现实意义。

It is an important part to carry out professional skill verification and adopt the system of professional qualification certificate in current agricultural animal husbandry and veterinary professional vocational education.And it is also an important method of human resources development of animal husbandry.With the in-depth development of skill verification work in vocational colleges,many problems and restricting factors highlighted in the process of the operation of professional skill verification,which affected the quality and effect of the skill verification.In this paper,based on the analysis of higher vocational problems of animal husbandry and veterinary professional professional skill verification work,we put forward some solutions,which has strong practical significance for improving the effect and quality of skill verification.
