摘要
为了确诊一起猪伪狂犬病的发生,采集送检病料的肝脏、肾脏、脾脏、肺脏、脑等组织器官进行实验室诊断和PCR检测。结果显示,病料中扩增出了伪狂犬病病毒的特异性gE基因片段,通过对PCR扩增产物进行序列比对分析,发现此次发生的伪狂犬病与2011年之后流行的伪狂犬流行毒株高度同源。综合流行病学、病理解剖、实验室诊断,确定引起此次疾病的主要病原为猪伪狂犬病毒。
In order to make a definite diagnosis of swine pseudorabies,the tissues of pathological sample were collected,such as liver,kidney,spleen,lungs and brain,then used for laboratory diagnosis and PCR test.The results showed that there existed amplified specific gE gene fragment of pseudorabies virus(PRV)in pathological sample.By means of sequence alignment and analysis of PCR product,it was found that the pseudorabies strain occurred this time was highly homologous with the epidemic strain which was prevalent after 2011.Combined with epidemiology,pathological anatomy and laboratory diagnosis,it was certain that the main causing diease pathogen was PRV.
