摘要
7-氮杂吲哚化合物和其衍生物普遍存在于天然产物和生物活性分子中,在各种各样的7-氮杂吲哚衍生物中,3-(1-芳砜烷基)-7-氮杂吲哚化合物已经被证明拥有广泛的药理活性。本文以一种简单高效的方式合成了一系列的3-(1-芳砜烷基)-7-氮杂吲哚化合物,为以后这类化合物的进一步研究打下基础。
7-azaindole and its derivatives have been frequently found in lots of natural products and biologically active molecules. Among various 7-azaindole compounds, 3-(1-Arylsulfonyl)-7-azaindole derivatives have been proved to possess a broad range of pharmacological activities. In this paper, a simple and efficient way of synthesising of a series of 3-Arylsulfonyl substituted 7-azaindole derivatives has been reported, which lays the foundation for the further study.
