摘要
实验采用地笋为原料,微波法对地笋总多糖进行提取,然后以地笋多糖溶液为样液,用维C作对比,测定其清除二苯代苦味酰肼(DPPH)和超氧阴离子自由基能力、总抗氧化性能力及水杨酸体系清除羟自由基能力。实验结果表明,地笋多糖对羟自由基、二苯代苦味酰肼(DPPH)和超氧阴离子自由基能力均有一定的清除能力,而且随着多糖浓度的增加不断升高。因此具有一定的药用价值。
Lycopus Lucidus Turcz was used as experimental samples, which were extracted by microwave firstly, and the polysaccharide solution extracted from the samples was detected its abilities of eliminating DPPH and superoxide anion free radicals, total antioxidant, and the ability of removing hydroxyl radical by salicylic acid system. The experimental results manifest that shoot polysaccharide has a certain ability of eliminating diphenyl generation bitter hydrazide(DPPH), superoxide anion free radical, and hydroxyl free radicals; the results also show that the greater the concentration is, the better the eliminating effects are. Therefore Lycopus Lucidus Turcz has good medicinal value.
